However, the newest specialized space on the rise in homes across the country is the "fam cave." The following local companies will be donating components for this exciting package:

• Next Gen Technologies will provide a Samsung 46-inch LED TV and a Denon surround receiver and 5 in ceiling speakers or cube speakers(depending on room) valued up to $2,000.

• Charleston Lighting and Interiors is donating a lighting package valued up to $2000. 

• Advanced Window Fashions is donating Hunter Douglas window fashions with installation
valued up to $2,000.

• Cross Cut is donating built-ins or new trim/molding valued up to $2,000.

• Eco Deco is donating eco-friendly paint valued up to $500.

• 1st Class Painting & Restoration is donating sheetrock repair and painting services valued up to $1,500.

• April Lipps of AKL Professional Interiors will provide up to $1000 in Design Services and will guide the winter in making selections for their new room.

• Alan Wheeler of Coastal Design Builders will be the acting General Contractor. He will finalize design with home owner and interior designer, order materials, schedule trades, oversee trades’ work, schedule county inspections, and ensure work meets code and owner’s expectations.

• 86 Market Arts is donating select pieces of art for wall hangings valued up to $300.

• Ethan Allen is donating a Brooklyn Media Cabinet with Eclipse Finish valued at $1279 and a Tangent Coffee Table in Saber Finish valued at $729.

• Danco will provide a stressless chair and ottoman in the color of your choice valued up to $2000.

• Circa Lighting is donating table or floor lamps, depending on the needs of the winner valued up to $1,000.

• Flooring Services Inc. is donating flooring for the space valued up to $2,000.

• Buck Lumber & Building Supply, Inc. will provide up to $500 in lumber and building supplies for custom built-ins and/or custom furniture.

• Coralberry Cottage will donate a 3-Seat Sofa with slip cover design valued up to $2000.

• Infinger Furniture is donating home furnishings valued up to $1500.
